New campaigns – calls usually start coming in about 7-10 days. In more competitive markets it can take longer, but they will start coming in before the end of the first month.
For existing campaigns that you take over – calls could be coming in the same day.
The call volume for commercial jobs is low, so the vast majority of calls are for residential jobs. Some commercial calls may come in, though. If you can handle them, then great!
