• In the geographic area you serve
• Calls over 30 seconds (includes voicemail messages)

*** Our service is designed to make your phone ring…we charge for unanswered calls, so make sure a voicemail is not a missed opportunity. Quickly call back and turn them into a customer!

What is not counted?

We DO NOT count:

• Sales Calls/Solicitations
• Projects Outside the Geographic Area You Cover
• Services You Do Not Offer
• Job Seekers
• A callback (re-schedule/cancellation, directions, follow up question, etc.)

In short, we only count calls/emails that have the potential to turn into a job for you.

• We constantly monitor calls & block spam phone numbers
